The new version of Fogbow tested tomorrow at the Interoperability Demo Days and Virtual Cloud Plugfest, London

EUbrazilCloudConnect team worked on a new version of Fogbow middleware to make it fully OCCI-compliant, providing capabilities to federate private clouds.

EUBrazilCC at the Interoperability Demo Days and Cloud Plugfest co-organised by CloudWATCH

The CloudWATCH consortium is organising an Interoperability Demo Day at the Utility and Cloud Conference (UCC 2014), Hilton Paddington, London, UK. The event is co-organised with the Cloud Interoperability Council. Fogbow and COMPSs will be presented and tested there by EUBrazilCC team.

On Friday 12th December EUBrazil Cloud Connect team will present a live demo on COMPSs Programming Framework running on EGI and ond Fogbow, middleware for on-demand usage of resources developed within EUBrazil Cloud Connect eInfrastructure framework.

EUBrasil: Developing a cooperation in new ITC services to face the global competition

The cooperation efforts between Brazil and the European Union should focus on industrial projects to address the necessity of new services, such as cloud computing, 3D printers and smart cities. This was the main conclusion of the VII Dialogue Brazil-EU on Information Society, with the third coordinated call for research on communication technologies high on the agenda:
